How the Bazaar Margin Calculator Works
Profitable flips require analyzing the spread between Buy Orders and Sell Offers using live API data, filtered for volume and tax.
Gross vs. Net Profit
When you buy an item with a Buy Order and sell it with a Sell Offer, the raw price difference is your Gross Margin. However, the Bazaar takes a small tax when your sell offer fills. Your Net Margin is your actual take-home profit per item — the real coins that land straight in your purse!
The Bazaar Tax
By default, Hypixel applies a 1.125% tax when you claim filled Sell Offers. If your Gross Margin is smaller than this tax, you will lose coins on the flip! SkyMargin calculates the exact tax for you automatically — every Net Margin shown in the table is already 100% after-tax profit.
Volume Matters
High margins on illiquid items lock your coins for days. This tool only surfaces items with 10,000+ weekly trades by default. Use the filter to tune your risk tolerance.
How to Read the Table
Buy Order — The price at which your buy order fills (best current bid).
Sell Offer — The price at which your sell offer lists (best current ask).
Net Margin — Profit per item after 1.125% tax.

How often do prices update?
Every 60 seconds via the official public SkyBlock API endpoint. The countdown in the header shows exactly when the next auto-refresh fires.
Why is my item not showing?
Items are hidden if weekly volume is below 10,000 or after-tax margin is zero or negative. Lower the volume filter or check if the item has thin order books.
What do the rarity colors mean?
They mirror SkyBlock rarity tiers: Gray = <1%, Green = 1–5%, Blue = 5–15%, Purple = 15–30%, Gold = >30%.
Is this tool safe to use?
Absolutely. SkyMargin only reads from the public Hypixel API. It never asks for your Minecraft account, API key, or any credentials.
